Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier inspects the returned goods.
